Before you order
How does PicSuit work?
You upload a few selfies, choose outfits and backdrops, and a model trained on your face creates professional headshots. Most orders are ready in about 20 minutes.
Which photos should I upload?
Upload 5–10 recent selfies with different angles, expressions, and lighting. Skip sunglasses, hats, and group photos.
Can I take the selfies with my phone?
Yes. Any recent phone works. Face a window for soft daylight, hold the phone at eye level and avoid strong filters.
Can I wear glasses?
Yes. If you usually wear glasses, include a few selfies with them and a few without, so the model learns both.
Is PicSuit right for passport or ID photos?
No. Passport and ID photos have strict official rules and need a photographer or a certified photo booth.
Your photos
Will the headshots really look like me?
The model learns your face from your own selfies, so the results keep your features. If none of them look like you, the money-back guarantee applies.
How many headshots do I get?
25, 50 or 80, depending on the package.
Can I choose the outfit and the backdrop?
Yes. You choose the styles when you order: 3, 7 or 12 combinations of outfit and backdrop, depending on the package.
What is a redo session?
A redo session lets you choose new styles and get extra photos in them. The photos you already have stay yours. It is included in the Complete package; ask for it whenever you are ready.
Using your photos
Can I use the headshots on LinkedIn and my CV?
Yes. The headshots are yours to use on LinkedIn, CVs, company websites, and anywhere else you need a professional photo.
Can I use them commercially?
Yes, for your own professional use: your website, press kit, speaker profile or company team page.
Do I have to say the photo was made with AI?
There is no general rule for a profile photo. Some employers, platforms or competitions have their own rules, so check them when it matters.
Pricing and payment
How much do AI headshots cost?
Packages start at $29 as a one-time payment. There’s no subscription and nothing to cancel.
Is there a subscription?
No. You pay once per order and keep your headshots.
How can I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe.
Privacy and your data
What happens to my selfies?
They’re used only to create your headshots and are deleted after 30 days. You can delete them sooner from your account.
Do you use my photos to train AI for other people?
No. Your model is private and is never used for anyone else. Your selfies and photos are not used to train models for other people.
Where is my data stored?
On servers in the EU. Uploads travel encrypted.
How do I delete my account?
In your account settings, or write to us and we will delete it.
Refunds and support
What if I don’t like the results?
Ask for a refund within 14 days and we’ll return your payment.
How do I ask for a refund?
Write to us from the email address you ordered with. You don’t need to give a reason.
How fast do you answer?
A person answers, usually within one working day, in English or Polish.
